Planning Checklist
1. Alpha Roster must be provided to Pro Image in a digital format such as Excel.
Roster is needed to match data with portraits: Last, First, Rank.

2. All Insignias must be provided digitally before the assembly composite completion.
3. Make Ups: One make-up date will be scheduled at no additional charge to the unit if you have 50+ troops
requiring photographs. Smaller groups/individual soldiers can also photograph in our studio during our walk-in
hours if necessary.
4. Proofing Policy: After the 1st proof of the completed composite is approved by the unit, any changes to the
layout, misspellings, or other mistakes that need fixing must be communicated to the Pro Image staff in writing.
Once final proof is approved and the project is printed, customer assumes all liability.
Layout features two command posts in the center, with the soldiers featured around them
alphabetically. Your choice of unit crest or other insignia is featured in the center and below.
